Our community development or cottage cluster homes can be single or double module units or smaller stacked units (around 750–1000 sq ft) designed around the concept of community.

Each community development can look different, but a common thread is the idea of communal living around shared amenities and spaces—parks, gardens, rec spaces, etc. These communities offer a housing solution for the missing middle and an appealing option for urban infill.

Wind River's off-site build process means that we have greater control over budget, timeline, and quality—and our design/build process means fewer partners and complications for making your development a reality.
